By accessing or using JR Trove (jrtrove.com, "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Free Use

All tools on JR Trove are provided free of charge. We do not require accounts, payment information or personal data to use any tool.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use JR Trove to:

  • Engage in any unlawful activity
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload or damage the Service
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code (beyond what is publicly visible in the browser)
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl or harvest content at unreasonable rates
  • Misrepresent JR Trove as your own product or service

3. Intellectual Property

The JR Trove website, including branding, design, content and underlying code, is the property of JR Trove and Jay Rajput / JR Nexus Solutions FZ-LLC. You may use the tools freely for personal and commercial purposes, but the JR Trove brand and code may not be republished or resold without permission.

4. No Warranty

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • That the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or 100% accurate
  • That results from any tool meet your specific use case
  • Fitness for any particular purpose

You are responsible for verifying any output before relying on it for important decisions (legal, financial, medical, security or otherwise).

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JR Trove and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue or profits.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites and display third-party advertisements (e.g. Google AdSense). We do not endorse or control these third-party services and are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the jurisdiction of Ras Al Khaimah, where JR Nexus Solutions FZ-LLC is registered.
